A downloadable Visual Novel

Luana Hoapili, aged 19, is on the path to changing her life for the better after being fired from her job as a maid for a hospitality and construction company. A myriad of failed job interviews, a week-long depression nap, and a mysterious invitation to who-knows-what claiming to be penned by druids has her back at the drawing board, weary, sickly, and desperate for a breakthrough.

A stroke of luck hits her, however, when she overhears her former coworkers speaking of a job fair, and a particular booth set up by a foreign kingdom known as Tovera, where there are much more resources both mundane...and arcane, according to their idle chatter. Despite her grievances with this kingdom,  she visits their job booth, and ultimately decides that she will live and work there, as she has some...peculiar needs that might be able to be fulfilled by Tovera and Tovera alone.

Unfortunately, before she goes overseas, she finds that she has a link she must sever from her homeland before departing, as she owes a major debt to a fairy that lives in the market near her dorm.

What will the fairy ask of her? What debt does she owe anyway?  Is this a sign of her arcane past forever tainting her mundane future?

(MORE TO BE ADDED)

The protagonist of this saga, a reclusive woman that wants to carve out a quiet, arcane-free life in the mortal realm. Unfortunately for her,  once you're tied to the magic world, it is hard to leave it behind completely-as she will soon find out.

A homeless boy that lives in the market across the dorms Luana lives in. He is central to the favor Luana owes to...

A fairy that settled in the market for the lovely humans that feed her out of affection, she has since become lord-or lady, of the market, ruling all neighbors that reside on the other side of the market's veil. It is to her that Luana owes a debt. As for what she wants, no one knows except the small but mighty lord herself.

Yet another fairy in Keona, she's here on vacation and to visit a friend. She saw Luana along the way to her next destination. and is intrigued by a changeling walking among humans. Having time to kill, she takes a break from sightseeing and pushes Luana to live in Tovera with a gusto Luana can't understand. It seems like living among the fair folk for years doesn't make sniffing out their intent any more easier...

Basil, Ringo, and Naiporo are three little folk that live in the dorms Luana resides in. They don't really get why she wants to live like a human so badly, but they respect her decision to not use magic for even mundane things. Basil is calm and collected. Ringo is loud and jolly, and Naiporo is loud as well-though he has a very sharp tongue, something the other two lost with age.

Chat! Talk! Examine! Though this visual novel is kinetic, the experience doesn't have to be! Get immersed into the world of Tovera by interacting with the world, one click at a time.

Inspired by the lovely and unique Ace Attorney series, once a scene is set you can look around and get a feel for the world as you do so.

If you enjoy banter and immersion, click the catbells once the scene is set!

To see all of an area, press the move button to turn around or see the other half of a room. If a scene has only one screen to show you, the screen will not change when this is clicked.

Once you've examined everything in a scene, you can continue the story or move. Which one you'll be able to do depends on what part of the story you're at!

Lastly, Luana can pierce through the veil with the "V" button and speak to those who can call on the earth, sea, and sky! What beings await you beyond the opalescent veil, and what will they say?

You may follow Sidhedust's Tumblr, where they are most active and host streams, more in depth dev logs. and behind the scenes art/sketches for the games.

You may also find more information about the storyworld on the main site for the visual novels. Please be warned that as this site was made before the work proper to merely share the creator's storyworld, there are minor spoilers that may not be able to be avoided.
